HOUSTON, TX - September 15, 2026 — Source One Spares LLC, a Houston-based provider of aviation parts and MRO supply chain solutions, has been selected as a prime contractor on the U.S. Air Force's Commercial Aircraft Strategic Parts Exchange and Repair (CASPER) Multiple-Award Contract (MAC), Contract No. FA8109-26-D-B024, supporting depot-level exchange and repair for the KC-46A Pegasus tanker fleet.

The award was issued by the Air Force Sustainment Center's Materiel Support Contracting Division at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, in support of the 448th Supply Chain Management Wing. The multiple-award contract carries a shared program ceiling of approximately $471 million across 28 awardees. Source One Spares was selected as a small business competing alongside major platform OEMs and defense primes.

“This award affirms Source One Spares as a trusted aviation partner in sustaining military readiness. We know readiness depends on speed and quality moving together, not one at the expense of the other, and we're honored to uphold these high standards in service of the Air Force's mission,” said Tim Scarborough, VP of Government Programs at Source One Spares.

Over a five-year ordering period, Source One Spares is eligible to compete for individual task orders issued under the contract. As a prime contractor and systems integrator, the company will exchange unserviceable KC-46A Depot Level Repairables (DLRs) for FAA-certified serviceable replacements on an expedited turnaround basis, with repair execution managed across its network of FAA Part 145 repair stations under Source One Spares' quality, configuration, and contractual control.

Source One Spares' selection for the U.S. Air Force's KC-46 CASPER qualified vendor pool reflects nearly three decades of aviation parts and MRO supply chain experience, backed by a technical team built to serve as systems integrator for complex, serialized, FAA-certified sustainment work at defense-grade standards.
